Wall decals / murals should only be applied to clean, smooth, dry, and non-porous surfaces for best results. They work well on flat and slightly textured walls, but may not be suitable for heavily textured walls like knock-down texture.

Allow freshly painted walls to fully cure before applying wall decal. Even if the paint feels dry, it might not be fully cured, and residual gases in tiny air pockets could cause the decal to peel off. It's advisable to wait for a minimum of 4-6 weeks for the paint to fully cure. Walls with washable or scrubbable paint, or No-VOC paint, may not allow for strong bonding of wall decal to wall. To promote better adhesion under these conditions: Prepare a solution using 30% isopropyl alcohol and 70% water. Wipe the solution over the entire wall using a clean, lint-free rag. Allow the wall to dry completely before proceeding with decal application.

Unfortunately, custom prints are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error. The print quality depends on the resolution of the photo you provide. If your mural arrives scratched or damaged, we will send you a replacement. Wall murals are printed in 24in wide panels. Panels are to be overlapped to achieve the complete design. Instructions are provided with every order.
Peel and Stick Wallpaper
- Clean the wall.
- Measure and cut the wallpaper.
- Peel off the backing.
- Stick the wallpaper to the wall, smoothing out any bubbles.
- Apply next panel, overlapping to match design.
- Repeat until the wall is covered.
- Smooth out the wallpaper.
- Admire your newly decorated wall!
