*Who is StickerBrand?

StickerBrand offer stylish wall decal stickers for your interior rooms. It's like hiring an artist to paint your interior walls but without the high price. StickerBrand is located in Orlando, Florida USA. We design and produce all our decals in-house and all our decal designs can only be purchased online. Because our decals are made to order, a physical storefront is not needed. Our specialize designers and team members give each of our clients the utmost attention.

•What's the difference between Vinyl Wall Decals, Printed Graphic Decals & Wall Murals?

*We carry 3 types of wall decals. The type of wall decal will be noted within each individual product page. All StickerBrand wall decals are sticky on the back side, so you don't have to use any glue or chemicals to stick them on your walls. Don't worry!  We will provide instructions with every order.

-Vinyl Wall Decals (Die-cut)

These are made of the same vinyl material used on billboards and other signage that you might see around town. They are extremely reliable and rated 5-10 years for exterior use.  Since our decals are used mainly on interior walls, that means they will last for many more years to come. 

Vinyl Wall Decals are actual die-cut cutouts of a particular design. So when you apply it on your wall, your wall color will be your background color. They usually come in one solid color or a combination of 2 or 3 colors.  When applied to your walls, it will look like the design was painted by an artist. Vinyl Wall Decals are removable but not re-usable once they are removed. 

-Printed Graphic Decals

Just like the name indicates, these are designs that are printed on graphic decal materials. They are printed on white matte vinyl material. The decal designs are also contoured cut to the image, so there will never be any white square borders around our decals unless noted. Printed Graphic Decals are removable and re-usable. 

-Wall Murals

Wall Murals are similar to wallpaper. They can cover the entire wall like wallpaper, but you do not need any glue/paste or special chemical to adhere them to your walls. They are basically a large sticker.  Simply peel and stick. StickerBrand Wall Murals are also removable and re-positionable. 


•I have textured walls. Will your wall decals work on textured surfaces? How about bathrooms? How about wallpapers?

*Our decals can be applied on most flat surfaces, including slightly textured interior walls, windows, mirrors, tiles and bathroom walls or any smooth surface.

*They will NOT work on heavily textured walls, like Knockdown textured walls or any stucco type texture. If they are rough by touch then our stickers will not work on your walls.

*You can test this by applying a regular sticker on your wall. If it sticks well enough then our wall decals should work on your walls. They work great on matt-finish or semi-gloss wall paint.. 

*DO NOT apply Stickerbrand wall decals to freshly painted walls for at least 2 weeks or until your wall paint is fully cured.

*Make sure to wipe down your walls with a dry cloth to remove any dust or debris that might be on your walls before applying decals.

-Can you put our decals on bathroom walls?

YES.  Before you apply our decals in your bathroom, please make sure the bathroom is not humid. Don't apply the decal after a shower.  The bathroom wall needs to be completely dry before applying. You can also stick our decals on tiles, shower curtains, mirrors, or any smooth surface.  

-My walls are wallpapered already.  Can I apply the decal over my wallpaper walls?

You can apply StickerBrand wall decal over an existing wallpaper. However, once they are installed over wallpaper, they are NOT removable. 



•I know all decals are removable, but how do you remove them and will it take off the paint?

    Removing your decal is easy. Simply peel up an edge with your fingernails and slowly peel the decal off your wall! Since we cannot guarantee the condition of the wall surface, some paint chipping might occur. Some minor paint touch up may be required on some walls.  Take your time when removing the wall decal and you can prevent most of the paint chipping if any. If you applied StickerBrand wall decals on mirrors or glass surfaces, we recommend you use a blow dryer to warm the decal to help loosen the adhesive from the decal and peel slowly.


    •Can I apply the wall decals to my freshly painted walls?

    If you just painted your walls, please allow at least 2 weeks or until your wall paint is fully cured before you apply our wall decals. They will NOT work on freshly painted walls. You must let your wall paint dry completely before applying the decals on your walls. Although the paint may be dry to the touch, it is not fully cured yet. Tiny little air pockets are still releasing gasses that our eyes can't see. This will cause the wall decal stickers to come off.

    *Very Important: Zero VOC or Low VOC (volatile organic compound) paint chemicals can take 6-8 weeks to fully cure. 

    •I love your wall decal design but I don't see the size that fits my walls. Can I request a size?

    YES. If you don't see a size you need for your walls, please email us your wall size or the dimensions you need the decal to be and we will get back to you on the price.

    •I have an image that I want to turn into a wall decal.  Can StickerBrand produce this for me?

    YES.  Please email your image to us at customerservice@stickerbrand.com.
    Please include the size and color (if applicable) with your email. Any request are welcome. We will get back to you on the price quote for your custom design wall decal.


    •If I order more than one decal, can I combine the shipping?

    YES.  Combined shipping is possible when you order your decals at the same time. Our shipping/checkout page will automatically combine your shipping costs. The total will be given to you at checkout.



    •I just placed an order online? When do you think I will receive my order?

    All StickerBrand wall decals are made to order according to the size, direction, and color of your choice.  This process usually takes 1-2 business days to design, cut, and package your order.  Larger custom orders might take up to 3-4 days to complete.  Once everything is packed and ready for shipment, USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground normally takes 2-5 business day for delivery.

    Express Shipment are shipped using USPS Express mail. Orders are shipped within 24hrs-48hrs depending on the time of your order. We will do everything possible to rush your order out on the same day your order took place or it will ship the next following business day. If you have any concerns regarding Express shipments, please email us.

    International Shipments can take 7-25 business days, depending on your location and customs/duties.

    We ship using U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS (Ground). Larger orders that weigh over 3-4lbs might be shipped using UPS where available.   P.O. Box addresses and International addresses will be shipped using USPS.  

    We guarantee all deliveries if the package is lost or damage.  Please e-mail us if you have any concerns or questions. 



    •My USPS.com tracking number is not updating. Why?

    USPS.com is not very detailed when it comes to their tracking information. It only tells us when it was processed for shipping and when it is delivered. So you might see your USPS.com tracking information stuck at "Delivery Confirmation" status for a couple of days.  This is normal according to USPS.com. Your tracking information will be updated once it is scanned again upon it's next delivery route. *Sorry, We all wish USPS tracking system gets a new upgrade soon.



    First class international shipments by USPS do not have any detail tracking information. It is more of a delivery confirmation when it arrives. International shipping usually takes 7-15 business days for delivery to Canada and 10-25 days worldwide.

    •Do you ship outside the United States?

    YES, we do a lot of business outside the U.S. We ship using First Class International Mail by USPS. Larger heavier orders will be shipped using Priority International Mail by USPS.

    International Shipping varies from country to country. USPS.com tracking information is very limited at best.  It only tells us when it was dropped off for shipment and when it is delivered. 

    Your order will be charged import fees (including taxes and other duty fees) by your country's governing rules and regulations. Unfortunately, StickerBrand does not have any control over these fees. 

    •How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    USPS First-Class Mail International Shipping to Canada can take 7-15 business days. (Locations can vary)

    USPS Priority Mail International Shipping to Canada can take 6-10 business days. (Locations can vary)

    DHL Express Shipping takes 2-5 business days. (Locations can vary)

    European countries and South American countries can take 10-20 days.

    International shipping to Asia, Australia and other countries can take 12-30 days.

    Of course these are just our estimates of arrival times based on our experience. Please be patient on your arrival time.  We will try our best to get your order out to the post office for shipment as quickly as possible.  Once we hand over your order for shipment, it is out of our hands. Remember your package will have to travel to several different countries before it gets to you. Most delays occur at customs.

    •What are your International Shipping rates?

    International Shipping varies from country to country. Rates will be applied to your order at checkout. Simply add the item you want and check out as normal. In the cart's page, there is a shipping estimator form at the bottom left side. Fill in your country and zip code for shipping cost.


    •I have a coupon.  How do I apply it to my order?

    If you are one of the lucky ones with a coupon code from us, you can apply it to your order during the checkout process. If you have any questions, please email us and we will gladly help out. 

    You can also become a StickerBrand VIP Member and receive the same benefits.  The signup is FREE so please join us now. You automatically get a discount coupon just for signing up.


    •What are your Business Hours?

    Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.  If we are not able to fulfill your order before the 3pm (ET) package pickup time, we will complete it by the following business day.


    Return & Exchange
    •I purchased the wrong color decal, can I exchange it for another color?

    YES you can! Stickerbrand can only accept returns of unused decals. Buyer has to pay for return shipment back to us and we will reship the exchange back to you. The new replacement will be shipped to you for Free, however this only applies to the first initiate reshipment and only for U.S. orders. Please contact us and we will gladly work out any situation you may have. customerservice@stickerbrand.com


    •I am not satisfied with your product, can I get a refund?

    First and foremost, we want to apologize for not making your experience with Stickerbrand a pleasant one. If you received a damage/defective, or maybe a decal that is not up to your standards, please email us first. We will try our best to resolve any problems you may have and if you are still not 100% satisfied with our products, we will refund your entire order back to you.     •My wall decal package never arrived, what should I do?

    99% of all our decals are delivered on time. However that leaves us with 1% that are either lost or somehow delayed in that delivery wormhole. Please DO NOT worry, we will get you the items you ordered or we will get 100% of your money back, guaranteed. It's only fair... Stickerbrand is not here to scam anybody out of their hard earn money.     •Terms and Conditions for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
