All three work well on flat and slightly textured walls but may not be suitable for heavily textured surfaces like knock-down texture. If you're planning to install a custom mural or custom wallpaper, it's important to check the wall texture beforehand to ensure proper adhesion.

Allow freshly painted walls to fully cure before applying any wall decal, custom mural, or custom wallpaper. Even if the paint feels dry, it might not be fully cured—residual gases in tiny air pockets could cause decals, custom murals, or custom wallpaper to peel off prematurely. We recommend waiting a minimum of 4–6 weeks for paint to fully cure.
Walls painted with washable or scrubbable paint, or No-VOC paint, may not allow for strong bonding of wall decals, custom murals, or custom wallpaper. To promote better adhesion under these conditions:
Prepare a solution using 30% isopropyl alcohol and 70% water. Wipe the solution over the entire wall using a clean, lint-free rag. Allow the wall to dry completely before proceeding with the decal, custom mural, or custom wallpaper application.
