I ordered the decal #6067, Cute baby kitten hanging on a door decal sticker to put and a 18" plastic disc on my gate. I did not read all the info about it so I was disappointed when it came with the top cut off. It also came folded for some unknown reason. So I wrote a chat on your FB page and got to chat with Eric. Told him I needed the full door knob and no fold in the middle. Eric went out of his way to get me the full decal and mailed it himself so I would get the full decal with no fold. He went out of his way to satisfy me and get me what I wanted. I thank him to this day for going the extra mile to make me happy. Thank You Eric.
